Scott Architecture is an award winning RIBA Chartered Practice that was established in 2012 by Scott Desert who is a RIBA Chartered Architect and is involved in a wide range of projects across Cheshire, North Wales and London.

Scott has paid his dues in terms of training – studying and graduating from Manchester and Leeds, and training in London, gaining experience in the design and building of luxury residences. So why Cheshire? Well family of course, but also Scott is a keen golfer, and member at Delamere Forest Golf Club.
In addition, Scott is currently working on a wide range of interesting projects locally including work on the residential extensions, refurbishments, Listed Buildings, Conservation work and bespoke new builds in addition to commercial projects such as Kings School, dental practices and offices. He has established a wide local client base that is impressed by his style of working and benefits from consistent recommendations and repeat clients.

A contract during construction between the client and chosen contractor has a range of benefits, including a 3, 6 or 12 month recification period where monies are retained after completion of the works. Scott Architecture acts as Contract Administrator to administrate the contract, through regular site visits to monitor the progress of work.
